- Job Seeker Visa

If you have completed Higher Education Instutation Or Qalified vocational Tranning you can receive a Residence Permit.Your qualifications must be either recognised in Germany or comparable to those from a German higher education institution.
Generally, the German Federal Employment Agency (BA) must first approve your request for employment. As part of this process, the Federal Employment Agency will assess whether your employment conditions (salary, working hours, etc.) are equivalent to those of domestic employees.
A visa or a residence permit for the purpose of obtaining qualified employment is issued for a maximum of four years. If a work contract has a shorter duration, a residence permit shall be issued for the duration of the contract.

An employment offer of 58,400 euros per annum or at least 45,552 euros is required to obtain an EU Blue Card. On the EU Blue Card, you can apply for a permanent residence permit in 33 months. You can get the same in 21 months if you can prove your German language skills.
With the Skilled Workers Immigration Act, it has become easier for qualified candidates to move to Germany without a work permit. The Germany Job Seeker visa enables skilled professionals to visit the country for six months and search for a job.
To apply for the German job seeker visa, you must meet the following eligibility criterion:
Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a university that meets German university standards.
Have 5 years of experience in a field relevant to your study.
Have travel and health insurance during your stay in Germany.
Have proof of sufficient funds to cover your 6-month stay.
Have proof of your status in India, like a birth certificate or marriage certificate.

Step 1 – Prepare your visa application

After the verification of your application, all the application form information will be entered into the on-line system of the German consulate and you will receive a printed copy of your application. This process usually takes about 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 6 – Biometric data collection
Once the application has been completed, biometrics will be collected using a quick process that captures a 10-digit fingerprint scan with a digital finger scanner. This will usually take 7-8 minutes per applicant.
